C thru windows Terms & Conditions

Liability:
Please note that if you engage c thru windows to clean your windows during periods of extreme cold weather, we do not accept any liability for accidents incurred by customers due to slipping on ice formed from water used in the cleaning process.
Complaints:
We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.
To ensure we are able to put things right as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.
In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.

Domestic work:
Payment required within 3 days on completion of the work or at soonest opportunity available.
If payment cannot be made within the allotted time, customer must contact c thru windows to arrange soonest available opportunity to pay.
Customers need to leave their address as a reference in order for us to see that they have paid for the service.
If they don’t leave an address as a reference, then it will be assumed that they haven’t paid. Price quoted is fully inclusive price paid by customer to Windows Cleaned Today.
If, upon starting the job, c thru windows find there are unforeseen complications, any extra cost will be discussed and agreed with the customer before the work commences.
c thru windows reserves the right to cancel any work with prior notice. We will endeavour to make another appointment as soon as mutually convenient.
Customers on water meters Windows Cleaned Today are not liable for incurred costs while work is being carried out on the property of the owner/customer
Many factors can affect how often your windows need cleaning. We use a general guideline of between 4 and 6 weeks for general work
One-off cleans and cleans on a longer basis, such as 6 weekly, will first have to be discussed with c thru windows , and a price agreed before work is to commence. Prices may vary.
Commercial Work:
payment required within 28 days Additional commercial late payment fee of £10 added per day overdue.
Customers who wish to cancel their contract with us before the end of the agreed contract period are required to pay the remainder of the contract fee upon cancellation.
